I reinstalled using the Windows 7 CAB drivers on Bluetooth devices - No luck On this step I had put on on 'This Account'. I had the Bluetooth Support Servce setup with a Log On account. I am so disappointed in Microsoft for putting out hardware that doesn't work with their software and also with the fact that Dell's 370 bluetooth minicard driver on their support site was last updated in October of 2009!!
